Grantley Precod Primary drew one game and won two as action in the Pine Hill Dairy-sponsored National Sports Council’s Primary Schools Netball Competition continued at the Police Boys and Girls Club today.

Playing in the Marion Johnson Hurley Zone, prayer couldn’t help the People’s Cathedral as they were blanked 8-0 by Grantley Prescod with Ashley Phillips in particular, and Deanesha Goddard, leading their school’s offensive. Phillips was a perfect four goals from four attempts while Goddard chipped in with four goals from seven attempts.

The dynamic duo were at it again when Grantley Prescod took on St Ambrose. Phillips was once again in terrific shooting touch, nailing her four attempts at goal while Goddard scored her only attempt in a 5-1 victory. Tiarra Graham scored St Ambrose’s sole goal.
