The final quarter was the highlight of the afternoon, as both teams battled neck and neck and were adamant on keeping the scores locked with Foundation responding to each goal being scored by Lester Vaughan and vice versa. In the last five minutes of the game, the Lester Vaughan school managed to pull away by two goals but Foundation responded quickly afterwards.
The last two minutes of the game had everyone on their feet. The Foundation School's defenders had no response to the pressure placed on them by their opponents, who made their passes and execution into the shooting circle look quite easy giving Lester Vaughan the chance to lock the score at 28-28 and manage to get another goal just before the final whistle blew ending the game at 29-28.
Goal-shooter Dalia Knight scored nineteen of her twenty-six attempts and goal-attack Vivica Addison netted ten of her fourteen attempts. Foundation's attacking players also found it very hard in keeping possession of the ball and failed to execute in their shooting circle with goal-shooter Aaliyah Hurdle finishing thirteen of her nineteen attempts and goal-attack Chiara Chase netting fifteen of her eighteen attempts.
In addition to that match being played, The Springer Memorial School defeated Queen's College 33-30 to take third position.
Goal-shooter Jada Smith of Springer Memorial scored ten of her 21 attempts and goal attack Rashanna Thorne had an outstanding performance scoring twenty-three of her twenty-four attempts.
Meanwhile Queen's College goal-shooter Nya Alleyne scored nine of her fourteen attempts and goal-attack Janine Forde netted twenty-one of her twenty-five attempts.
